Standing up to fake reviews and bullys
The past few months have tested the resilience of our team in ways we never expected. Since March of this year, our business has been the target of a coordinated, malicious campaign of Fake Reviews designed to mislead the public and deliberately damage our reputation.
What makes this particularly cowardly is the method behind it. The individuals responsible are hiding behind fake names and fabricated profiles, posting glowing falsehoods or damaging reviews while having absolutely zero history as actual customers. They thought anonymity would shield them while they tried to tear down what we’ve built.
Changed the review after we identified who this is: 
We refuse to let malicious actors play dirty games with our livelihood. We didn’t sit back, and we didn’t just hope it would stop. Instead, we teamed up with Google and specialized tracing agents to pull back the curtain. By tracking IP addresses and digital footprints, we have successfully unmasked these anonymous trolls and linked these fake accounts directly to real-world individuals.
The consequences are now very real for them:
Formal Legal Notices: We have already issued formal legal notices to two of the individuals identified through our digital tracing efforts.
Active Lawsuits: Just last week, we successfully identified another perpetrator and immediately commenced formal legal action against them.
Zero Tolerance: This is only the beginning. We are actively pursuing every single person involved in this smear campaign.
