What happens if I forget to drain the heater during winter?
If water is left inside the tank during freezing winter temperatures, it will expand as it turns to ice. This expansion can crack the internal plastic components or split the tank welded seams, completely ruining the unit. Frost damage caused by improper winterisation is not covered under warranty. Always use the integrated yellow drain valve to empty the tank before winter storage.
Does the heater work with high-pressure, on-demand water pumps?
